GMBOX is a non-custodial, multi-chain cryptocurrency wallet application that allows users to:

• Create and manage cryptocurrency wallets across multiple blockchain networks
• Send, receive, and store digital assets
• Interact with decentralized applications (dApps)
• Access blockchain-based services through plugins
• View portfolio balances and transaction history

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
• Not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited

4. Account and Security

4.1 Wallet Security

GMBOX is a non-custodial wallet. You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and passwords
• Maintaining the security of your devices
• All activities that occur under your wallet

4.2 No Recovery

IMPORTANT: We do not store your private keys or seed phrases. If you lose access to your recovery phrase, you will permanently lose access to your digital assets. We cannot recover your wallet or assets under any circumstances.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' wallets
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use the Services for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Service Fees

GMBOX may charge fees for certain premium features or services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6.2 Network Fees

Blockchain transactions require network fees (gas fees) paid to network validators. These fees are not charged by GMBOX and are determined by the respective blockchain networks.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including:

• Decentralized exchanges (DEXs)
• DeFi protocols
• NFT marketplaces
• Third-party plugins

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

8. Intellectual Property

GMBOX and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by METACIPHER TECHNOLOGIES LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

GMBOX is open-source software released under the MIT License. The open-source components are subject to the terms of that license.

9. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Services will meet your requirements
• Transactions will be processed accurately or timely

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METACIPHER TECHNOLOGIES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or digital assets
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any third-party conduct or content
• Any damages arising from your use of the Services

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless METACIPHER TECHNOLOGIES LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• You will retain access to your digital assets through your private keys
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which METACIPHER TECHNOLOGIES LTD is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
